This program is conducted by Renee Borgman. Parents are usually able to quickly catch up with teachers at drop off or pick up time. However, if you require a more formal appointment, please arrange a mutually convenient time. Teachers can be contacted by phoning the school or alternatively you may wish to email them.
Her email address is renee@southernmontessori.sa.edu.au. Our teachers will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible during classroom breaks. Thank you.
Renee teaches a Cycle 3 class. Desiree is a classroom assistant in Renee’s class. Her primary role is to provide extra support to allow Renee to work with children in small groups and meet their individual needs.
Our Cycle 3 teachers work closely together to plan and implement the curriculum and ensure that the children’s experiences are consistent in both classes. Our Cycle 3 classes are multi-age, allowing each child the opportunity to learn from others and the flexibility to develop, both socially and intellectually, at their own pace. Children usually stay with the same teacher for three years, developing strong teacher-student relationships and a deep understanding by the teacher of individual student needs and abilities.
We look forward to working with you this year.

The purpose of SEPEP is to mirror real life community sport in a school PE program. Each year we choose a different sport. This year we have chosen to do […]
Corey’s Cycle 3

We have had a brilliant, yet busy start to the year. Some of the highlights have been: going to the zoo for the ZooSnooze to complement our Cultural Studies program on Zoology, visiing Urrbrae Wetlands to learn about microorganisms and water quality, reading A Wrinkle in Time in preparation to compare and contrast the movie […]
Corey’s Class

What an amazing and busy term we have had. Our class has had the pleasure of welcoming six Year 4 students – Megan, Carter, Yavany, Denny, Chloe and Ebony. We have really enjoyed the new additions to our class. We have spent a lot of the term discussing growth mindset and ways that we can […]
